Why United Youth Culture Exists

United Youth Culture was created out of a desire to see youth pastors and leaders come together as one body—unified around one mission: helping the next generation encounter Jesus.

So often, ministry can feel isolated. Each of us is pouring into students, carrying responsibility, and doing our best to lead well—but we were never meant to do this alone.

This exists to create a space for connection, encouragement, and shared mission across churches, where leaders can be strengthened and reminded that we are part of something bigger.

About the Founder

Hi, I’m Emily. I’ve been at Life Christian Academy in Sulphur for the past 13 years, with the last four years focused on teaching discipleship in our Upper School. I’m now stepping into an on-campus pastoral counseling role, where I’ll continue investing in students through both discipleship and counseling.

I have a deep heart for students encountering Jesus in a real and personal way—not just knowing about Him, but truly walking with Him.

I also have a heart for leaders. I know how much is carried in ministry, and I believe leaders need spaces where they can be encouraged, poured into, and reminded they’re not alone.

The Vision Moving Forward

My hope is that United Youth Culture becomes more than just a network—that it becomes a unified movement of leaders across churches.

I believe there is something powerful that happens when we come together—not in competition, but in unity.

The vision is to create opportunities for connection, prayer, and gatherings where students across our area can come together to worship, hear the Word, and encounter Jesus in a real way.

You’re Invited

If you’re a youth pastor, leader, or part of a ministry team, you’re invited to be part of this community—where we can walk together, encourage one another, and stay rooted in the mission God has given us.
